We came to VoIP the hard way — through transportation. Years of building and supporting taxi, limo and fleet dispatch systems taught us what happens when a phone line drops at 2am: the ride does not get booked, the driver does not get paid, and the customer calls someone else.

We did not start out as a VoIP company. We started out as the people who had to keep other companies reachable.

It started with dispatch
Building and supporting dispatch software for taxi and limo operators across Quebec meant living inside phone systems every single day — hunt groups, hold queues, driver callbacks and after-hours routing.
